A: Booking your Brush and Balance experience is easy! Simply visit our website and select the package that works best for you. Pricing varies based on the type of event:
Paint Party Packages start at $35 per person for DIY and $45 per person for Instructor-Led sessions (10-participant minimum).
Kids’ Paint Party Packages are $35 per child for Instructor-Led sessions (10-participant minimum).
We host events for all ages and abilities! Kids’ sessions are designed for ages 6-14, while adult sessions are perfect for ages 15 and up. For family-friendly events, participants under 21 should be accompanied by an adult.

A: Yes, at least a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before the start of your event to ensure everything is ready for your special day.

A: Choosing a theme for your event is simple and fun! When booking your Brush and Balance session, you can let us know your desired theme—whether it’s seasonal, floral, abstract, or something custom. We’ll work with you to curate a selection of painting options tailored to your event.
If you’re unsure, we’re happy to provide a gallery of available designs to spark your creativity. Want something truly unique? We can create a custom sketch for your group. Let’s make your event one-of-a-kind!

A: Brush and Balance specializes in private, group-based events to ensure a fun and personalized experience. Our packages require a minimum of 10 participants to book, so gather your friends, family, or coworkers for a memorable time!
If you’re looking to join an event solo, stay tuned—we occasionally host community painting or yoga sessions that are open to individuals. Follow us on Social Media or check our Website for updates!

A: All the materials you need for your event are included in your package! We provide everything, from canvases and paint supplies to easels, aprons, and more.
Here’s what you might want to bring:
For Paint Parties: Snacks and drinks to keep the party lively! (Don’t forget cups, napkins, or plates if needed.)
For Yoga Sessions: Comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and your own yoga mat (if you prefer using your own).
We take care of the setup and supplies so you can focus on having a great time!

Important Information About Rentals:
Please note that all items provided as part of your package are rentals. You and your guests will leave the event with only the canvases/paintings you’ve created.Any missing or damaged items will result in an additional fee charged to the person who placed the order. We kindly ask that you ensure all rental items are returned in good condition.

A: We typically need about 1 hour to setup before your event begins and additional hour to take down the event. This includes arranging all the materials and ensuring everything is ready for a seamless experience.
To keep things running smoothly, we recommend inviting your guests to arrive 5-1 0 minutes before the scheduled start time. This allows everyone to get settled and ready to dive into the fun without feeling rushed!

A: Session lengths depend on the package you choose:
Paint Parties: Typically last about 2 to 2.5 hours, not including setup and takedown.
Kids' Paint Parties: Generally run for 1.5 to 2 hours, ensuring the experience stays fun and engaging for younger participants.
Yoga Sessions: Most sessions are around 1 hour, with the option to customize based on your group’s needs.
Please note: An additional hour is required for setup and takedown, bringing the total event time to approximately 4 hours.
If you’re combining painting and yoga for a special event, we’ll work with you to create a schedule that flows perfectly. Let us know what works best for you!

A: Canvas sizes depend on the package you choose:
Adult & Public Paint Parties:11"x14" canvases are provided, with the option for custom sketches based on your chosen theme.
Kids' Paint Parties:6"x8" canvases are used, perfect for little artists to express their creativity.
If you’re interested in a different canvas size, let us know! Custom sizes are available for an additional fee to make your event even more personalized.
If you are interested in increasing the canvas size to a 16×20 for an extra charge of $5 to each canvas. If you would i to decrease the size -$5 to cost of each participant please message us for more details and if canvases are available.

A: Brush and Balance is a mobile studio based in Lafayette, Louisiana, serving the surrounding areas, including Breaux Bridge. We bring the party or yoga session to you!
Currently, we travel within a 30-minute radius of Lafayette and Breaux Bridge. If you’re outside this area, feel free to reach out—we’ll do our best to accommodate your location!

A: If anything is missing or damaged during your event, please let us know immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue quickly. Our team will work to replace any missing items or repair damages as needed.
For any equipment or supplies that are damaged due to negligence, there may be a replacement fee:
Canvas: $10
Easel: $15
Apron: $5
Paint Supplies (Palette, Brushes, etc.): $3-$10 depending on the item
Table: $90
Chair: $20
We kindly ask that all items be handled with care to ensure a smooth and enjoyable event for everyone.

A: For our painting parties, we use acrylic paint- non-toxic water soluble paint, which is perfect for both beginners and experienced artists. Acrylic paint is vibrant, dries quickly, and is easy to work with, making it ideal for our fun, hands-on events. It can be used on various surfaces, including canvas, and allows for easy cleanup, which is perfect for our mobile studio setup.
