My name is Nelson Auguillard, and I’m the founder of this mobile studio dedicated to bringing creativity and mindfulness directly to you.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Exercise Science from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. I’m also a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Renew and have been sharing my love for yoga since 2020. My journey with art began in 2013 as a self-taught artist, and painting has since become a core part of my life and a powerful means of self-expression.
In addition to my creative pursuits, I worked as a Physical Therapist Technician for 3 years, where I deepened my understanding of movement, balance, and wellness. I’m pursuing further education to become a Physical Therapist, blending my passion for helping others with my knowledge of the human body.
Brush and Balance was born from my desire to combine these passions—art and wellness—into creating a safe and diverse space for people of all ages and abilities. Through unique experiences, I aim to inspire joy, creativity, and mindfulness. Whether it’s a vibrant painting party or a restorative yoga session, my mission is to help you connect with yourself and others in meaningful ways.
Based in Louisiana, I proudly serve Lafayette, Breaux Bridge, and the surrounding areas. My mobile studio allows me to bring these experiences to you, offering fully customizable events tailored to your needs.

Ashlynn is a multi-talented creative based in Louisiana, serving as the social media manager and creative director for Brush and Balance. With a passion for storytelling and authentic connection, she helps bring our brand to life through vibrant content and thoughtful strategy, ensuring every post, photo, and caption reflects the heart of our mission.
In addition to her creative work, Ashlynn is also the owner of Savor the Season, a local bakery that lovingly caters our public events. Her baked goods bring a warm, personal touch to our gatherings, infusing them with flavor, joy, and a sense of community. Whether she’s behind the camera or in the kitchen, Ashlynn pours her creativity and care into everything she does.
